Steak and Rice

Ingredients

    Crisco Vegetable Oil
    Ground ginger
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Beef, round steak
    Bean Sprouts
    White Rice
    Bell pepper (green or red)
    Soy Sauce, reduced sodium

Directions

Add oil to a non-stick skillet and add your beef. As that browns add in your ginger, garlic and onion powder. In the meantime, boil two cups of water, add your rice.

Once your beef has browned add your soy sauce and your bean sprouts. Meanwhile cut your bell pepper into strips. Once your bean sprouts cook down, add the bell pepper and let cook until bell peppers are a little softer but still crisp.

Serve over 1/2 cup of rice.
