Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups crushed/chopped Oreo Cookies (Half Package)
    1/4 cup Butter Melted

    Filling:
    2 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Whipping Cream
    1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
    2 Tsp Vanilla
    4 Large Eggs

Tips

You can decorate how ever you like or not at all I usually make a milk chocolate ganache for the top.


Directions

Heat oven to 400░F. Combine crushed or finely chopped Oreo cookies and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Place in freezer while preparing filling

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in sour cream, whipping cream then peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time mixing well each time. Pour into greased pan over cooled crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes then reduce temperature to 200 degrees and bake a additional 20 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn off the oven and leave cheesecake to cool for 30 min with door closed then prop open the door slightly and let cool for another 30 min. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature then refrigerate until chilled. Store covered in refrigerator.
