4 cups coarsely shredded carrots
1/8 c chopped pecans (toasted makes for better flavor)
1 small box raisins
1/4 c plain low fat yogurt
2 packets Stevia (I prefer Stevia in the Raw)
To toast pecans: Place pecans in a dry small fry pan or skillet. Turn heat to medium, stir pecans frequently. Take off heat as soon as you can smell toasting, they continue to toast even off heat.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate for 1 hour but can be eaten immediately.
