Ingredients

    8 ounces sirloin beef
    .5 cup chopped onions
    .5 cups chopped green peppers
    beef broth
    peas and carrots frozen 10 ounces
    black pepper
    wheat penne pasta 1.5 cup
    2 cups diced italian tomatoes

Directions

Brown beef with onion,peppers,and black pepper.
Add diced tomatoes and peas and carrots. Add penne pasta. Simmer ingredients for 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with brown rice.
