Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients

    4 Hard boiled eggs
    2 Large Haas Avocados
    Plain Greek yogurt
    Dash of curry (optional), salt, and pepper
    Mustard (optional)
    Multigrain Sandwich Thin or bread or wrap of choice

Tips

It is really up to you how much of the spices and yogurt to add. I play with it and actually prefer it without the curry. The mustard will make up the kick in place of the curry. Enjoy!


Directions

MIx everything together and spread on bread.
