Tuna Tetrazzini

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 oz Penne Pasta (Barilla)
    1 can Cream of Cerlery soup (Essential Everyday)
    1/2 cup fat free Milk
    1 can light Tuna Fish (StarKist)
    1/2 cup Celery
    1/4 cup Onion
    1 cup shredded Cheddar/Jack (Kirkland)
    1/2 cup French Fried Onions (French's)


Directions

Boil Pasta for 11 min, drain. Stir in soup mix. Blend in tuna, celery, onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix lightly. Cover and Bake for 20 min. Remove and sprinkle on 1/2 cup French Fried Onions and the rest of the cheese. Place back in oven until cheese melts.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
