    Olive oil
    onion
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    celery
    mushrooms..optional
    red or green pepper ...optional
    tomato

Tips

I just use what is on hand in combinations to top omelets or add to any dish I want a variety of warm veggies for flavor and vitamins
