Warm Mexican Dip

Introduction

This is so freakin good!! People request that I make it all the time. This is so freakin good!! People request that I make it all the time.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 oz light cream cheese softened
    1/2 C Light Sour Cream
    1 C Old El Paso Thick N Chunky Salsa Mild
    1 C 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shreeded Colby Jack Cheese
    2.25 oz can slice black olives
    1/2 C Green Onions chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer. Spread across the bottom of a 9 inch round glass pie pan (or something similar). Next Spread the salsa for the next layer. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of this and then the black olives. Back for 20 minutes. When taken out sprinkle the the top with green onions. Let cool. Serve with tortilla chips or whatever else tickles your fancy.
