1 lb. bonless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (any variety)
8 slices thin sliced ham
4 slices provalone cheese
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
My daughter likes this with french fried onions on top. The brand we use has only 40 calories for 2 Tablespoons (and I typically only use 1 teaspoon).
Top each chicken breast with two slices of ham and one slice of cheese. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serving Size: Makes 4 4oz portions
