Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. bonless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup BBQ sauce (any variety)
    8 slices thin sliced ham
    4 slices provalone cheese
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Tips

My daughter likes this with french fried onions on top. The brand we use has only 40 calories for 2 Tablespoons (and I typically only use 1 teaspoon).


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Baste chicken with BBQ sauce and place in glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked throughout.

Top each chicken breast with two slices of ham and one slice of cheese. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 4 4oz portions
