Chicken Stew

Introduction

Throw it in a pan and let it simmer. Throw it in a pan and let it simmer.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    3 cups uncooked white rice
    1 can green beans
    1 can sweet corn
    3 pkts Swanson Flavor Boost, Chicken
    3 tsp minced garlic
    3 tsp seasoning (Ms Dash or similar) to taste

Directions

Add chicken and Swanson Flavor Boost into a soup pot with about 8 cups of water. Boil until chicken is done then cut into bite sized pieces. Add rice and both cans of vegetables (along with their juice). Add garlic and seasoning and add about 6 more cups of cold water. Bring a boil and lower heat to med-low. Let simmer until thickened and rice is no longer crunchy. Add water as needed.
