    2/3 Banana, fresh
    1 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    1 Cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original
    1 tsp Honey

Tips

You can substitute Almond Butter for the Peanut Butter.


Directions

Add to VitaMixer or blender and blend well. Serve.
