Shrimp Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 12 0z. Pkg of medium/large cooked shrimp (frozen)
    2 onions sliced
    1 bell pepper sliced
    1 4 oz. can of mushrooms
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    dill (to taste)
    tarragon to taste
    garlic, about a tsp
    ginger paste about a tsp
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp cornstarch with about 1/8 C. water

Directions

Sautee onions, peppers in olive oil (or whichever oil you prefer). Salt & pepper.
Add mushrooms
Add shrimp
Add seasonings.
When shrimp is warmed through, make a slurry with cornstarch and water and add to thicken.
