2 6-oz salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 TAblespoons reduced fat commerical pesto
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Combine pesto and lemon juice. Spread pesto mixture evenly over fish. Bake at 450 for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
