Ingredients

    1 can Coconut Milk
    1/4 cup Red Curry Paste
    3/4 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
    3 tbsp Lime Juice
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 tbsp Ginger, minced
    3 cloves Garlic, minced

Tips

Option: to heat blended ingredients and serve warm or to blend in Vitamix until heated.
Enjoy serving with side dish of quinoa


Directions

In Blender- add all ingredients and blend.
