Introduction

Whole wheat pastry flour and ripe banans make these pancakes taste great. Whole wheat pastry flour and ripe banans make these pancakes taste great.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 cup corn flour
    1 ripe banana
    1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 egg beaten
    1 cup (or to make nice batter) almond milk

Tips

Very filling and delicious!


Directions

I mix all ingredients in a food processor and fry in a nonstick fry pan (in mine I didn't need any oil or spray).
Flip when puffed and bubbles show.

Serving Size: makes 4 large pancakes
