Introduction

I didn't have much in the freezer so I decided to have big breakfast with the family and made this scrambled egg whites. I liked it but next time I will skip the butter. I didn't have much in the freezer so I decided to have big breakfast with the family and made this scrambled egg whites. I liked it but next time I will skip the butter.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 egg whites
    0.5 cup of sliced bell peppers (frozen)
    toast for every one
    (butter if liked)

Directions

put the peppers on the pan, when they are almost ready put the egg whites and mix it together, cook till the mix is "dry". Toast a bread and serve.
