Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Cauliflower, cooked, 6 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz (remove)
    *cheddar cheese powder, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)
    Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Dressing - Kraft Ranch Dry (3 T), .3 serving (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Steam cauliflower florets until tender. Place cauliflower and all other ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
