Broccoli Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 bunches broccoli
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup sunflower nuts (shelled seeds)
    1/4 cup bacon bits
    1 cup reduced fat sharp or mild cheddar cheese
    1/cup light mayo (16 tbsp = 1 cup)
    2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
    2 tsp sugar

Directions

Cut the broccoli into florets. Mix in the sunflower seeds, bacon bits, and raisins in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the mayo, balsamic vinaigrette, and the sugar. Pour over the broccoli mixure and mix well. Chill and serve.
