2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 medium bananas, nashed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Stir to blend.
Mash bananas until smooth.
Add the bananas and rest of ingredients to flour mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Slice and enjoy!
