Exotec's Meatballs

Ingredients

8 oz ground chuck
4 mild Italian sausage links
1 large egg (or equivalent)
1/2 cup panko crumbs
Tips
I like them boiled, since they're most tender that way IMO.
Directions
Remove sausage from casings. Mix with ground beef (I've also used ground poultry or a combination of all these). When the meat is evenly combined, mix in panko and then egg, and mix well.
Form into small balls, about 1" diameter.
Boil meatballs in broth or water until they float.
Remove to broiler pan, frying pan, or simmering pasta sauce. Cook to taste per method.
