8 oz ground chuck
4 mild Italian sausage links
1 large egg (or equivalent)
1/2 cup panko crumbs
I like them boiled, since they're most tender that way IMO.
Form into small balls, about 1" diameter.
Boil meatballs in broth or water until they float.
Remove to broiler pan, frying pan, or simmering pasta sauce. Cook to taste per method.
Serving Size: 20 1-oz meatballs
