Ingredients

    *1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    *20 pkts Splenda sweetner
*1/2 cup mirin (sweet japanese rice wine)
*1 T minced ginger (I used the bottled kind)
*1 T minced garlic (again, I used the bottled kind)
    *1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions

1. In a small pan, heat soy sauce and Splenda, till dissolved.
2. Dissolve cornstarch in mirin.
3. Add cornstarch mixture to soy sauce and sugar. Stir in ginger.
4. Heat until thickened. Add additional water, if need to thin. Use to baste grilled or BBQ'd chicken, and enjoy!!!

** Or, to make a stir-fry, add 2 cups of water to the soy sauce/splenda mix, boil some veggies in it, add the mirin/cornstarch- and ENJOY a great meal!
