Quinoa Pizza Bites

Ingredients

    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
    Basil, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *Hormal Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices), 3 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Dip into pizza sauce if desired. Pizza sauce not in calorie count


Directions

Cook quinoa (need 4 cups cooked quinoa). Mix all ingredients and press ~ 1TBSP into well greased mini muffin tin. Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes
