Herbed Beef with Mustard

Introduction

This is not my recipe, I just adapted it to a frying pan. :)
I personally rate it a 5 star for how easy and tasty it is.

Ingredients

    103 grams of chopped stew beef
    .5 of olive oil (or cooking spray works great)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 t parsley
    1/2 t thyme
    1/2 t rosemary
    1 t of mustard

Directions

Brown the meat in the oil with sprinkle of salt and pepper.
When it's mostly cooked add in the other spices and stir it all up.
Add in mustard gently coat the outside of the beef.
Eat!
