Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Blue Cheese, 30 grams (remove)
    Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)
    *Pine Nuts, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)

Directions

Cut pear in to small cubes. Mix the eggs with pear and bake. Add blue cheese on top and let melt. Add toasted nuts on top.
