Turkey Noodle Soup

Introduction

I used up the tidbits of veggies from the freezer and vegetable bin before I went shopping. I used up the tidbits of veggies from the freezer and vegetable bin before I went shopping.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 oz shredded turkey
    1 cup frozen cauliflower
    4 cup chicken broth
    1 cup green beans
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    2 cups egg noodles

Directions

Add the turkey & vegetables to the chicken broth. Season with your favorite spices and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked. Add more water or broth as needed.
