Celery, cooked, 190 grams chopped
Carrots, cooked, 142 grams chopped
Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
Bone In Pork Roast, 1506 grams whole
Add chopped veg and broth to crock pot, lay pork on top.
Add water to come 2/3 of way up pork
Cover and cook
