Brenda's Homemade Crockpot Chicken Soup

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breast, no skin
    2 C Chicken Broth
    4 medium Celery stalks
    1 large Onion
    1 large Potato
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    3 oz Green Giant Julienne-Cut Carrots
    2 T Black Pepper
    2 Garlic powder

Tips

If you set it on low before you go to work, you can have a hot meal waiting for you when you get home.


Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, chop celery, onion and potato, cut peppers into thin slices, then place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours.
