Farmer's Omlet

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1 green bell pepper
    2 roma tomatos
    1 cup shredded chedder cheese
    2 slice of lunch meat ham

Tips

I used a cast iron skillet and covered with a lid so it would evenly cook without all the mess of flipping it.


Directions

Chop up bell pepper, tomato, and ham slices. Preheat skillet with a little olive oil. Mix ingredients into eggs and pour in skillet. Cook until done usually 10 mins.
