Napoleon Cake (Russian variant of mille-feuille)

Ingredients

    - 2 sticks of butter
    - 3.2 cups of flour
    - 1 egg
    - 0.5 cup cold tap water
    - 0.5 tsp of backing soda
    - 4 tbsp of vinegar
    - juice from 2 wedges of lemon

    Cream:
    - 0.75 sweetened condensed milk
    - 500 ml heavy cream

Directions

Chop cold butter and flour, mix in egg whisked in water, add soda distilled in vinegar. Prepare dough, divide onto 12 pieces, form balls and refrigerate.
Bake each for 3 min under 350F.
Boil condensed milk for 2 hours (instructions are not stated here). Wisc cream and mix with cold boiled condensed milk (aka dulce de leche).

Serving Size: Makes 12 pieces.
