Sweet and Sour Vegetable Salad

Introduction

This was originally a recipe for Copper Penny Carrots, which I changed to use a bag of frozen vegetables. This was originally a recipe for Copper Penny Carrots, which I changed to use a bag of frozen vegetables.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 box Green Giant Antioxidant Blend
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup vinegar
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 medium sweet onion, large chop
    Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Heat tomato sauce, oil, splenda, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes in a small pan just to combine.

Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
