Ingredients

Lamb, Cubed, .81 lb
Onions, raw, 1 medium
Beef broth, 1 can (10.5 oz)
Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup
Carrots, raw, 1 cup
Potato, raw, 3 small
Split Peas, 2 cup
Greek Spice, 2 Tbsp
Tips
Directions
Cut onion in 1/4 and then strips, chop carrots and cut potatoes in 1/8ths.
In a crock pot on low allow lamb to stew with the broth, Greek spice and onions for about 1 hour
Add Carrots, potatoes, and split peas to the pot and turn up to high for about 3 hours or until the potatoes and carrots are soft. You may nee to add a bit of water as needed
Serving Size: Makes 4 (1 cup) servings
