Spicy Balck Bean Sweet Potato Burger

Introduction

sautee onions, garlic and peppers
add taco seasoning
Microwave 1 large sweet potato
In food processor mix cooked sweet potato, cook quinoa, 3/4 can of black beans, oatmeal, jalapeno pepper.
Add sauteed mixture
Remove from mixed bowl add in whole black beans and mix
Refrigerate for an hour
Form into patties and bread in panko
Bake in oven at 375 on a oiled cooie sheet or cook up in a non stick skillet

    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)

Tips

chilling it makes it easier to handle and stays together better when cooking


Directions
