IntroductionLean beef meatloaf with flaxseed Lean beef meatloaf with flaxseed
1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 tablespoon flaxseed
2 tablespoons organic ketchup (watch out for HFCS!)
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Place in a loaf pan and use a spatula to even it out.
4. Cover with tin foil and bake for ~30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
