Ingredients

200g chicken breast
3 shallots quartered
1 carrot sliced
8 baby new poatoes with skin
500ml chicken stock
1 cup peas
1tsp dried tarragon/small bunch fresh
black pepper
60g low fat yogurt/creme fraiche
Tips
Directions
Put chicken,siboes,carrot, potatoes, stock & pepper in pot. Cover and bring to a simmer for 15mins. Add peas & tarragon and cook for 10mins. Stir in yogurt.
