Low Sodium Honey Wheat Bread rolls

Ingredients

    1.25 cup milk
    1egg (beaten)
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
    .25 tsp salt
    2.75 cup bread flour
    1 cup multi grain or whole wheat flour
    1.25 tsp rapid yeast (a packet has 2.25)

Tips

you can make buns smaller. if you make 12 of them its 180cal/bun. i am more concerned about lowering sodium than calories. have fun with it!


Directions

place ingredients in a bread machine according to the manufacturers directions. put on dough cycle which should be about 1.5 hours
on floured surface punch down dough and rol long ways and pinch off and roll in your hands 10 peieces. place these on greased cookie sheet. cover and let rise about 40 mins. heat at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
