Vinegar Cake

    1.5 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    3 TBS cocoa
    1 TBS vinegar
    1 TBS vanilla
    1 cup warm water
    6 TBS vegetable oil.


Serve with whipped topping if desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together to lighten the flour_no need to sift. Make a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Mix well, if batter isn't very louse add just a bit more warm water, 1 TBS at a time until you get a thin batter. This will make a very moist cake.
Pour into 7 X 9 baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool and dust with additional cocoa (about 1 tsp).
