Ingredients

    Veggies
    Fish
    Clam and Coconut milk
    Spices/herbs/lime/basil

Tips

Add torn basil (1 cup fresh leaves) at the end before serving.
Serve over jasmine rice.


Directions

saute veggies, garlic and ginger
add curry paste, clam broth (juice), coconut milk
season with coconut butter, lime rind and juice (1lime) , fish sauce. Let simmer 5 minutes.
Add raw fish fillets and spoon sauce over. Cover and cook 5-10 more minutes. adjust seasoning.
