Shrimp Scampi

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 TBSP Unsalted Butter
    3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    half a cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons worth)
    10oz shrimp, deveined and peeled or more if you prefer
    5 cups cooked spaghetti
    4 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
    1 TBSP parsley flakes
    1 TBSP red pepper flakes




Directions

Heat butter and olive oil until the butter is melted. Brown garlic in butter mixture for about a minute. Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes until it's pink. Add the lemon juice and simmer. Add the parsley for a minute, then the parmesan and mix thoroughly. Add the red pepper last. Toss with the pasta and voila!
