4mls Olive Oil
250g Cabbage (2 cups..)
300g Celery (3 Large stalks)
1 whole Chilli (seeds removed) (OPTIONAL)
80g Capsicum (half large red)
Low calorie soup mix
If you can eat heaps of this you will lose heaps of weight! be sure to include other nutrients in your diet ie protiens etc, can lose 5kg per week! great for kick starting your weight loss goals.
Simmer until cooked and eat eat eat!
