Chicken with Broccoli

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 half skinless chicken breast sliced in large pieces
    2 bunches of broccoli chopped in medium size pieces
    1 medium onion chopped in large pieces
    Salt
    5 table spoons of Soy Sauce
    3 table spoon corn starch
    1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
    teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 cup of water

Directions

First
Mix together, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, garlic powder, and water ingredients, in a cup or bowl, after it is mixed, put it on the side

Second
Season chicken slices with salt
Pour a tablespoon of oil in large pan
Turn stove on medium heat, let oil heat for 5 minutes
Add Chicken and stir until all the chicken is white and there is not anymore red
For about 5 minutes, continue stir until chicken has turned a little brown
Add onion, stir for 2 to 3 minutes
Add broccoli, stir until broccoli is and looks tender
Add the seasoning mixture into the pan (soy sauce, water, etc) let boil about 2 minutes
Stir and mix everything together for 2 more minutes.
Turn off stove. Ready to serve.
