Ingredients



    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 6 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    *Splenda, 6 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour 3/4 cup of mixture into well-greased pan. when set, cut into fourths and flip to brown other side.

Serving Size: Makes 4 large pancakes/crepes
