Almond Nut Granola

    Water, tap, 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving (remove)
    Almond Extract, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Western Family Mini Marshmellow, 0.66 cup (remove)
    Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bar Chocolate Chip, 1.2 oz (remove)
    Fiber One 80 Cal Chocolate Cereal, 1 1/3 cup (remove)
    sliced almonds, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Life Choice Protein Bar Double Chocolate, 1.5 serving

Heat oven to 350 F.

Melt marshmallows in 1 Tablespoon buttery spray over low heat, stirring constantly. Add PB2 and 1/2 cup water to marshmallows. Blend until thin constancy. Add more water if needed. Stir in protein powder and almond extract (or vanilla if preferred). Blend all ingredients and keep warm on low heat on stove top.

Cut Fudge Bar into small pieces. Add almonds, peanuts and bar pieces. Spread out a thin layer on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until baked through.

Mixture should be completed dried through and when cooled, break into pieces. Makes 4 servings of 1/4 cup each which can be eaten alone dried.
