1 Tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1 Tablespoon PB2
1 bar Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Caramel Coconut Fudge Bar
1/2 cup Western Family Mini Marshmallows
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1/8 cup sliced almonds
1 3/4 Tablespoons Salted Peanuts
2 1/4 TABLESPOON SOY PROTEIN POWDER
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup servings 3 WW Pts
Melt marshmallows in 1 Tablespoon buttery spray over low heat, stirring constantly. Add PB2 and 1/2 cup water to marshmallows. Blend until thin constancy. Add more water if needed. Stir in protein powder and almond extract (or vanilla if preferred). Blend all ingredients and keep warm on low heat on stove top.
Cut Fudge Bar into small pieces. Add almonds, peanuts and bar pieces. Spread out a thin layer on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until baked through.
Mixture should be completed dried through and when cooled, break into pieces. Makes 4 servings of 1/4 cup each which can be eaten alone dried.
