    2 Anchovies
    1 oz Wine or Wine Vinegar
    Dash Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Onion or Shallot
    1/2 tsp White Miso
    1/4 cup EVOO
    1/2 tsp brown mustard

Tips

Grate a little lemon zest over your greens as well to really brighten up your salad.
