Introduction

1salmon ove one half cup brown rice with 2 tlb chucky salsa1 tlb pinapple and one tsp sea salt and 1 tsp olive oil 1salmon ove one half cup brown rice with 2 tlb chucky salsa1 tlb pinapple and one tsp sea salt and 1 tsp olive oil

Ingredients

    1 wild caught salmon fillet,1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp pink salt, 2 tlb chunky salsa, 1 tlb crushed pinapple,1 half cup brown rice you can also add bell peppers

Tips

always make sure salmon is cooked through,ovens may vary.


Directions

put frozen salmon in baking dish, rub olive oil on top then sprinkle on salt then add your salso on top then add your pinapple bake at350 for 12 minutes(do not over bake) cook rice on top of stove according to instructions on package. place rice on plate and top with salmon
