Mock Chicke Pot Pie

Introduction

all the goodness of chicken pot pie - without the pie all the goodness of chicken pot pie - without the pie
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb chicken breast tenders (NSA)

    2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup (or any flavors you choose)

    2 bags of frozen mixed vegetables

    water

    pepper to taste

    kitchen spices to taste (I use Mrs Dash Table Blend)

Tips

i bake a can of pop biscuits separately and have them on the side.


Directions

in a large pan cover chicken tenders in water - cook

discard water, dice chicken tenders

add 2 cans of soup

add frozen veggies

add enough water to be able to stir ingredients around (1 can usually works for me)

stir well

add pepper to taste

add spices to taste

bring to boil

reduce heat, simmer for 30 mins

Serving Size: makes 4 HUGE servings
