Ingredients

    I found this beauty on Pintrest!

    2 ripe avocados
    2 large tomatoes
    1 Tbsp EEVO
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
    3 Tbsp chopped cilantro (or 2 Tbsp dried)
    salt and pepper to taste

    Slice your avocado.
    Cut your tomato in chunks as well. Add lemon juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Stir and taste (to see if you want more salt, pepper, or anything else).
