4 Quorn Naked cutlets (frozen section with the meat substitutes)
2 tsp arrowroot powder
2 tsp cold water
1/3 cup truvia natural sweetener
1/3 cup lite/reduced sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp black pepper
THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO A DELICIOUS MEAL:
1. Whisk all ingredients (starting with arrowroot and water) except for chik'n in a bowl.
2. Over medium heat, cook chik'n cutlets for approx 8 minutes or until browned.
3. Pour sauce over chik'n and allow to thicken (2-4 minutes usually).
