4 small Tomatillo
15 med - lg Jalapeno
1/4 med Onion
1 clove Garlic
2 cube Cilantro Bullion
1 cup Cold Water
Pull husks from tomatillos, rinse, and cut the stem core out.
Cut the stems off the jalapenos, remove the seeds and rinse. Note: cut just the stems off of a few leaving the seed and all for some heat.
In a pot of water put tomatillos, jalapenos, onion, and Garlic. Let boil for 30 minutes. Add all ingredients to a blender with one cup of cold water and mix to your favorite consistency.
