Hamburger Cabbage Soup with Cauliflower & Carrots

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, .35 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 6 serving (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 T each of garlic & onion powder
    1/2 T of paprika
    1 cup of water

Directions

Sautee onions in olive oil. Add hamburger and cook til done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are soft -- about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes six 2.5 cup servings
