Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, drained
    1 cup, onion chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 medium head cabbage (3 1/2 lbs., chopped)
    1 cup brown rice, uncooked
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups beef broth

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions in pan with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and drained and cooked ground beef. Add tomato sauce, brice rice, beef broth, and chopped cabbage. Stir together and pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake covered for 1 hour. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 min.

***May opt to slow cook instead on low 6-8 hours.
